A fresh start is essential. Rinse your body thoroughly to remove impurities and prepare your skin for the heat.

Each sauna has a unique effect on the body and mind. Take a moment to read the description and make an informed choice. We recommend starting with the Himalayan sauna. Place your towel on the bench, close your eyes and enjoy a short nap. Feel your body relax and release all tension.

After your first sauna session, a short walk around the swimming pond is ideal for cooling down gently and enjoying the fresh air.

Cooling down: essential for the sauna ritual

Choose a method that suits you:

  • The swimming pond is perfect for natural cooling. The fresh algae also ensure soft, well-cared-for skin. There is no need to shower after swimming.
  • The cold plunge pool is an alternative. Immerse yourself up to just below the brain stem and stay there for at least 45 seconds (longer if you feel comfortable). This stimulates the blood circulation and gives you an energy boost.
